AH-1 Phase Maintenance Platform

Spika’s AH-1 phase maintenance stand provides full access to the main rotor head and engines on the aircraft. The phase system consists of multiple decks and stairs to allow easy movement and setup. The system utilizes extendable rails to provide fall protection when crossing over the stub wings. Decks are designed to link together when necessary. Crossover rails forward and aft of the main rotor head allow for fall protection when users are on the aircraft. The stand utilizes rotating outriggers to clear the skids and allow direct interface with the aircraft, eliminating gaps between the stand and aircraft. This system is manually height adjustable from ground level. The AH-1 stand can be fitted with air/electric hookups, vertically telescopic handrails, tool trays, and overhead/below deck lighting.
